On June 6, 2023, Yiwu Bichang Import and Export Co., Ltd. held a team-building activity at tourism resort. The event took place in Lanhu Resort in Zhejiang Province, with a total of 52 participants.
Activities include carpet turning, above-ground curling, mutual water fetching, and solidarity rope swinging 1,000 times. In the carpet turning game, employees were divided into four teams and practiced teamwork by cooperating to turn the carpet. In the game of above-ground curling, employees need to accurately throw the puck, experiencing the balance of teamwork and individual skills. In the game of mutual aid fetching water, employees need to take turns to retrieve mineral water placed one meter away from the ground without touching the ground, which enhances the sense of mutual help among teams. Finally, in the game of unity shaking rope 1,000 times, the employees completed the challenge through close cooperation and tacit understanding, highlighting the team spirit.
The group building activity not only allows employees to relax, but also pushes everyone closer to each other, enhances the team spirit, and accumulates valuable human resources for the long-term development of the company.
